I am pleased to announce the removal of occupancy limits at some of your Club Wyndham South Pacific properties and a re-opening date for the remaining six contracted club resorts in Australia.
INCREASED OCCUPANCY AT SELECTED PROPERTIES
We announced last month that we would re-open club resorts with a limited occupancy in June and July in order to continue observing the social distancing recommendations from regional, national and international health bodies. Your health and safety is our top priority and our decisions are designed to ensure this, while keeping in mind that many of you want to enjoy your resorts again.
However, some club resorts are set on large properties and offer significant space between freestanding accommodation. These factors combine to make social distancing simple and, potentially, part of the experience. We have therefore removed the 50 per cent occupancy cap at the following two properties from June 15:

Please note that any new reservations are subject to the standard club cancellation policies, and the temporary COVID-19 cancellation policy does not apply to those reservations. Prior to making a reservation, please ensure you check your local restrictions on travel and overnight accommodation.
At some resorts, there may be limited access to facilities and amenities or a reduction to some services.

COVID-19 ISOLATION
Our teams recently received a question about whether your club resorts have been used for COVID-19 quarantine, as it can be difficult to tell whether a property has been or not. I can assure you that no club property or contracted property has been used for this purpose.
Our resort teams are excited about opening 13 Australian properties in just over a week’s time. We look forward to welcoming you back soon.
