Hello dear owners! I’m Ricky Lee, the resort manager at Club Wyndham Coffs Harbour.
2. Let us know how long you have been Resort Manager at the resort.
I am relatively new to the Club Wyndham family as I just started in March – four months now.
3. Please tell us what kinds of facilities and room types you offer.
We offer one- two- and three- bedroom apartments with a mix of standard, deluxe, Grand and Presidential. We also have some loft-style apartments with a view of the Pacific Bay golf course. The resort features a heated pool and spa, a gym, two BBQ areas and an owners’ lounge that we use for school holiday activities and for days when owners just want to laze around.
The club resort is located in the Pacific Bay precinct and its facilities can be accessed by all Club Wyndham South Pacific owners free of charge, including the swimming pools, tennis and basketball courts and kids’ play area. Owners also have access to the Pacific Bay 9-hole par three golf course.
Coffs has a wonderful range of walking trails up and down the Coffs Coast – you can even walk the entire coast from Woolgoolga down to Sawtell.
You can also head up to the ranges through the picturesque town of Bellingen and drive up Waterfall Way to Dorrigo National Park and visit the Dorrigo Rainforest Centre, where you can explore the rainforest via a range of tracks that lead to breathtaking waterfalls, picnic spots and birdwatching areas.

Families love Coffs Harbour because of the mild climate and its collection of beautiful beaches. With a diverse range of attractions on offer, families will have so many options to choose from.
7. What is the best thing about your resort?
Its location. The resort is set amongst a beautiful mini forest close to modern facilities.
8. What are you most proud of at your resort?
The resort’s great range of self-contained rooms and definitely my fantastic team who goes above and beyond for our owners.

If you have exhausted your annual Club housekeeping entitlement, you can proceed with your online reservation by selecting the ‘borrow housekeeping’ box prior to proceeding with your reservation.
If your reservation meets the minimum night requirements, a housekeeping token will be returned to your account the next business day. Alternatively you can call Owner Services to make the eligible booking using complimentary housekeeping.
Please note that Privileges complimentary housekeeping will only be awarded for an eligible stay once you have exhausted your annual Club housekeeping entitlement.
