Our team has reviewed the further changes that the Victorian Government has made to COVID-19 restrictions in Metropolitan Melbourne and amended the Club Wyndham South Pacific COVID-19 cancellation policy accordingly.
EXTENSION OF CLUB WYNDHAM MELBOURNE CLOSURE
Under the latest restrictions, accommodation will be able to resume operations on Monday, 9 November. We have therefore pushed back the slated re-opening date for Club Wyndham Melbourne until 9 November.
Our team will contact owners scheduled to stay at the property before then and cancel their reservation. If this applies to you, your credits will be returned, or if the credits have expired, a voucher will be issued within 14 days for future use.
Owners staying after that date should be aware that there will still be restrictions. Each group booking (i.e staying in the same apartment) must be:

Owner Services are not equipped to make a judgement call regarding the above; owners are responsible for ensuring their compliance to the restrictions that exist at the time.
METRO MELBOURNE OWNERS TRAVELLING TO REGIONAL VICTORIA
Similarly, owners in the Metropolitan Melbourne area will be unable to travel for leisure – even to regional Victoria – until 9 November. Our Owner Services team will contact owners with a residential address in Metropolitan Melbourne who have a reservation at any property beginning on or before 11.59pm on 8 November and invite them to cancel their reservation.
If this applies to you, please confirm the cancellation and your credits will be returned or, if the credits have expired, a voucher will be issued within 14 days for future use.
