Club Wyndham Flynns Beach
The first new villas from the Club Wyndham Flynns Beach development have now been transferred to become part of Club Wyndham South Pacific!
Fifteen villas will be made available for reservations from 1 December 2020 onwards. This will create availability of over 800 weeks of additional accommodation over the next 13 months. We also expect that more villas will be transferred to the club in the early months of 2021.
Club Wyndham South Pacific owners will be able to make a reservation when the booking system opens tomorrow, from 3am Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) at clubwyndhamsp.com or by calling your Owner Services team from 7am AEST on 1300 850 160 (AU), 0800 850 160 (NZ), 00 800 32 63 (FJ) or +61 7 5512 8021 (International).
Here’s a sneak peak of this brand new inventory!
The 15 new villas are under the following room types:
The credit charts are now available on the resort page of the Club Wyndham South Pacific website, which can be accessed here.
New facilities have also been added onsite as part of the development. The kids’ pool is open and new common area barbecue pavilions are already being utilised. A new café/restaurant is due to open in December.
Club Wyndham Airlie Beach
In this mixed-use property, the Developer is conducting a refurbishment of both non-club and club apartments at Club Wyndham Airlie Beach, which will begin in December.
The club apartments at this property are already at a high standard, but the Developer is funding work to improve the look and feel at what is fast becoming one of the club’s most popular resorts. There will be no changes to availability during this period as the Developer still holds some apartments that are equivalent in quality which can be utilised temporarily for club bookings if necessary.
Apartments will be renovated according to a fresh design inspired by the region’s tropical environment. The work will include repainting, and new carpet, furniture, fixtures and soft furnishings including blinds and curtains, where it is required. Some rooms will also have some bathroom work carried out, where necessary.
The early work will involve the creation of mock-up rooms which will be used for the rest of the refurbishment. The project is slated to finish in June and will be completed in stages.
Works are set to take place between 8.30am and 5pm, Monday to Saturday. Given that the resort is spread out, it is possible that only a few apartments at a time may experience any kind of disturbance during those hours. The resort’s Before You Go page has been updated and owners who could be affected will be notified.
Club Wyndham Kirra Beach
A new café is coming soon to Club Wyndham Kirra Beach! We are intending to open this for breakfast and lunch before Christmas. This addition will mean owners and their guests will be able to grab a convenient meal or their morning coffee in the resort, rather than having to walk a few blocks.
It is an exciting time for the team at the resort and we look forward to providing you with more news on when that initiative will launch.
It has been a busy year and it is not over yet. Thank you for your patience and support during 2020 and your club teams look forward to welcoming you over the summer period.
