As we draw close to the end of 2020, it is a relief to see state border restrictions recently ease across Australia. However, despite the progress in Australia, restrictions on international travel look set to continue at least early into 2021.

AUSTRALIAN DOMESTIC RESERVATIONS
As there are expected to be no restrictions on domestic travel in Australia in January, all January reservations are subject to standard guidelines.
NEW ZEALAND DOMESTIC RESERVATIONS
As there have been no restrictions on domestic travel in New Zealand for some months, all January reservations are subject to standard guidelines.
If there are changes to border restrictions in either Australia or New Zealand, we will adjust the COVID-19 cancellation policy accordingly.
INTERNATIONAL RESERVATIONS
Owners with a reservation that was made before July 8, 2020, which would involve taking an international flight will be able to cancel their January reservations up to 15 days prior to check-in. Reservations made on or after July 8, 2020, will be subject to the standard cancellation policy.
Our Owner services team will send you a text message or email if you have a reservation that may be impacted, giving you the option to cancel. You must confirm if you wish to cancel as we are aware that some owners may be spending an extended period in another country or may have family, friends or a guest staying under their name.
Club Wyndham Denarau Island, Club Wyndham Normandy, Club Wyndham Tuscany and Club Wyndham Bavaria will unfortunately be closed in January and all stays will be cancelled. Credits from cancelled bookings will be returned and, if they have expired, a voucher will be issued within 14 days for future use.

Owner Services will be closed on public holidays across the Christmas break and on a slightly reduced schedule at other times.
INVENTORY UPDATE
A further three 2-bedroom Deluxe Garden villas at Club Wyndham Flynns Beach are being added to the club in January. The 15 villas added in December have already been well-utilised and we are looking forward to further expanding club inventory. From 8am AEST, 15 December, 2020, these three new villas will become available for reservations starting on January 1. Booking online is recommended as they may go quickly.
