Please note some important information below with regard the Auckland lockdown announcement on Sunday.
On Saturday February 27, the New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinta Adern called a seven day snap lockdown. This came into effect at 6am on Sunday 28 February.
We empathise with Club Wyndham South Pacific members who will have their holiday plans disrupted.
Club Wyndham South Pacific owners who reside in the Auckland region of New Zealand with reservations and check-in dates between Sunday February 28 and Sunday March 7, are being emailed with an invitation to cancel. When you receive this email please reply to it, or alternatively, please call Owner Services on the numbers listed below.
We ask for your patience as the many lockdowns in recent weeks have created longer than usual call queues.
If you receive an email message, and this applies to you, please confirm the cancellation as outlined in the message as soon as you can to enable our team to process it. Your credits will be returned to your account or, if they have expired, a voucher will be issued within 14 days for future use.
Please note that it is each owner’s responsibility to ensure a booking is cancelled. If you do not receive a text message or cancellation email; your reservation remains confirmed.
