Recent COVID-19 outbursts in multiple states have triggered multiple lockdowns. Fortunately, most of these appear to be short-term.
Travel is still possible for people from Western Australia, Tasmania, South Australia, the Northern Territory, most of Queensland and New Zealand. If you are travelling, please keep up-to-date with all restrictions at your destination and any border crossing for when you return home.

STATE COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS
Most recently, Victoria has announced a seven-day lockdown, beginning last night.
As a result, our Owner Services team is sending the following groups an invitation to cancel their reservations:
If either of these invitations to cancel applies to you, please confirm the cancellation using the message that the Owner Services team will send you.
At this stage, our COVID-19 cancellation policy covers the whole of New South Wales until August 28 and South East Queensland until Sunday. Our teams will be looking closely at future announcements from both New South Wales and Queensland.

Although many announcements recently have involved entire states, most states do have a hotspot system that, at times, isolates specific areas. If you live in one or have travelled through one and you are concerned it may affect your reservation, please contact Owner Services:

If you need to discuss future reservations, you can also call the Owner Services team. Please be aware that there may be higher than usual call volumes if a government has just made a COVID-19 related announcement.
If the COVID-19 cancellation policy is applied, the team will return your credits to your account or, if they have expired, issue a voucher within 14 days for future use.
Please be aware that it is up to you to ensure your reservation is cancelled. If you do not receive a text message or a cancellation confirmation email, your reservation still remains confirmed.
