Please be aware that, in New South Wales, there are some government restrictions on how far you can travel or where you can go if you are not fully vaccinated. You may therefore be asked about your vaccination status upon arrival at the resort and at local tourist attractions, restaurants, bars, cafes and other establishments.
**Please visit https://www.nsw.gov.au/covid-19/rules to familiarise yourself with the NSW health recommendations prior to commencing your travel in NSW. This includes important information regarding vaccination requirements per the NSW government’s roadmap to reopening.**
**Covid-19 Risk Reduction Plan Alert: As a precautionary measure, the resort facilities have the below restrictions in place:
– Henry’s Restaurant and Bar operating midday to 9pm – maximum 25 pax
– Swimming pool & spa – operating as normal
– Adult spa – operating as normal
– Sauna – operating as normal
– Gym – operating as normal
– Games room – operating as normal
– Bike hire – operating as normal
– Lift – operating as normal
**Painting: Exterior painting will commence at Flynns Beach from 25th October 2021 until 1st March 2022. You can expect some painting and high pressure washing related noise, which will be limited to 7am – 5pm. The Resort will do their best to ensure painting of the property does not significantly impact on your stay.**
**New facilities have been added onsite as part of the development. The development includes a new café, gym, games area, kids’ pool, common area pavilions and car parking. The development will add an additional 53 Garden Apartments to the resort, including Deluxe, Grand and Presidential Villas. Reception is open from 7:00am to 11:00pm, 7 days. We have a staff available onsite to answer phone calls. Please note: The staff from 11pm – 7am doesn’t have access to our reservation system so all booking enquiries are encouraged to contact us during day hours. Our contact number is (02) 65899688
INTERNAL STAIRS: The 2 & 3 Bedroom Deluxe & Grand Garden apartments have an internal staircase and may not be suitable for those with mobility issues. All Garden room types, with the exception of Special Needs units, have 2 stairs leading to the front door.
Smoking policy: Owners and/or guests are able smoke in the designated smoking areas or on their apartment balconies, if they have one. You cannot smoke in your room at any time and, when smoking on a balcony, the door must be closed – you will be liable for an additional cleaning fee if smoke affects the inside of the room. Please consider other club owners and guests and try to smoke in a way where there is minimal or no chance of affecting others. Thank you.

Our Owner Services hours of operation have temporarily changed, as a result of staff absences due to isolation requirements of COVID-19. We will now close at 6pm Australian Eastern Standard Time so we can provide more support during the busier hours of the day.
If you have exhausted your annual Club housekeeping entitlement, you can proceed with your online reservation by selecting the ‘borrow housekeeping’ box prior to proceeding with your reservation.
If your reservation meets the minimum night requirements, a housekeeping token will be returned to your account the next business day. Alternatively you can call Owner Services to make the eligible booking using complimentary housekeeping.
Please note that Privileges complimentary housekeeping will only be awarded for an eligible stay once you have exhausted your annual Club housekeeping entitlement.
