Club Wyndham Sydney

Please be aware that, in New South Wales, there are some government restrictions on how far you can travel or where you can go if you are not fully vaccinated. You may therefore be asked about your vaccination status upon arrival at the resort and at local tourist attractions, restaurants, bars, cafes and other establishments.

**Please visit https://www.nsw.gov.au/covid-19/rules to familiarise yourself with the NSW health recommendations prior to commencing your travel in NSW. This includes important information regarding vaccination requirements per the NSW government’s roadmap to reopening.**

CRITICAL INFORMATION – MUST READ: Effective from Monday 12th July 2021, all owners/guests checking into CWSP Properties MUST present photo ID in the form of a passport or driver’s license upon check-in. The ID must match the reservation in the Hotel’s PMS (Property Management System) and credit card provided. Guest name MUST be added to the reservation at time of booking, or prior to check-in. Only the Owner Services Team can add or amend a guest name. If owners call a resort to ask for a change to guest name, they will be redirected to Owner Services.

**Covid-19 Risk Reduction Plan Alert: As a precautionary measure, the resort facilities have the below restrictions in place:

**GYM: Please note that from Monday 23rd November 2020, it is mandatory by law for guests to sign into this area using a QR Code. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, there is a limited number of guests allowed in this area at any one time and you will be required to book ahead with the resort before accessing this area.**

**NEIGHBOURING DEMOLITION & CONSTRUCTION JAN 2021 -MARCH 2022: Current Information advises that we can expect works to be carried out from 7.00am to 7.00pm Monday to Sunday. During these hours we anticipate there may periods of significant noise disturbance experienced as a result of the construction occurring in close proximity to our Property. 

**SY Privacy During Neighbouring Construction***Due to to the neighbouring construction works, room 1701 which is a 2 Bedroom Presidential (with external spa) is at the same height as the current building works. Tradesmen working on the construction are in close proximity to the balcony area of room 1701 (approx 1 metre), so your privacy may be impacted. Current information available advises we can expect works to be carried out 7 days per week from 7.00am to 7.00pm Monday to Sunday.  Please note that after completion of the works, neighbouring windows will be in close proximity to the balcony area.

** 2 BEDROOM PRESIDENTIAL APARTMENTS:  Effective from 23rd March 2020 we have reduced the maximum occupancy in the 2 Bedroom Presidential apartments from 6 to 4, due to the compact size of the apartments. All existing bookings for occupancy of 6 people will be honored by the use of rollaway beds, facilitated by the resort.

**CAR PARKING: There is limited secure valet parking available at this property at a cost of $40.00 (AUD) per night and is suitable for smaller vehicles only. Parking cannot be reserved in advance and is based on a first in first served basis. The basement car park has a height restriction of 2.1 metres so may not be suitable for larger vehicles. Platinum/100 Club Owners are eligible for 1 complimentary car space per ownership.

There is additional offsite parking available at a SECURE managed carpark nearby, maximum car height is 1.9 metres. Please note that the staff at Club Wyndham Sydney Suites can assist you in getting a reduced daily rate of $30 at the SECURE carpark, however this is only able to be applied for one exit per day. Should you require carparking that allows you multiple entries and exits daily, you will be required to pay directly to SECURE carparking.

***PRESIDENTIAL SUITES CAR PARK: All owners who have booked a Presidential apartment are eligible for free parking (1 per booking).

  • Reception operates 24 hours, seven days a week.
  • A $100 deposit or credit card imprint is required upon check-in.
  • If requesting a cot, please note that the portacot will be opened in the room, with sheets beside it for parents to make it as they wish.Cot blankets are not provided in the room, and Reception have limited blankets available. It is recommended that owners bring their own cot blankets to avoid inconvenience.
  • Studio apartments do not have opening windows and do not have balconies.
  • Most rooms have kitchenette, which means there is no oven or dishwasher, and have limited cooking facilities.
  • One Bedroom Apartments: Most One Bedroom apartments are better suited for 2 adults & 2 children due to the compact size of the unit and sofa bed.
  • The two-bedroom Presidential Suite (external) has a six-person outdoor spa while the other two-bedroom Presidential Suites have internal spa baths.
  • Two-bedroom Sky Suites have a maximum occupancy of six however to ensure maximum comfort, we recommend only four people stay at one time.
  • There are no washing machines or dryers in any apartments, however there are several communal laundries located throughout the resort which are free of charge.
  • Wireless Internet & Movies are available and payable to the resort. This service does incur additional fees and charges of $5-$7 AUD. Use of Wireless Internet is limited to five devices at any one time per Wireless Connection. Wireless Internet service is free for Lifestyle Silver and above owners*. Use of In-Room movies is limited for Lifestyle Silver and above owners based on tier level benefits. *Club Wyndham Managed Properties only.
  • This resort holds Owner Events throughout the year, speak with your resort reception staff for times when checking in.

Guest Bookings: Please keep in mind that as the Owner you are responsible for your Guest’s complying with Club guidelines and regulations, your Guest’s behaviour whilst staying at the resort, and any outstanding charges resulting from Guest’s usage at the resort.

Credit Card fees: From 1 September 2016 payments made by credit card for any charges incurred during your stay at a Club Wyndham resort will incur a Credit Card Service Fee of 0.9% in addition to the total amount payable.

AIRPORT TRANSFER: The Airport Shuttle Service is currently suspended due to current COVID19 restrictions. You can still get to the resort via rail, please visit www.airportlink.com.au for more information, alternatively travel by taxi (approximately $60AUD).

Smoking policy: This is a smoke-free property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.

Pets: Pets are not allowed at most Club Wyndham or Ramada by Wyndham properties.  Exceptions apply in the case of hearing, mobility and/or vision impaired guests, please advise at time of booking if this applies, or those staying in dog friendly designated units at designated resorts see here for more information.

Wi-Fi is available at most resorts however it may incur additional charges. We recommend contacting the individual resort reception to find out more.

General:

Does your reservation include an apartment move during your stay? The following guidelines apply:

  • Guest is responsible for packing own belongings.
  • Check out time for the first apartment is 12:00pm (noon).
  • Guest may be unable to check into next apartment until 4:00pm. Luggage can be left at Reception.
  • Reception staff are unable to modify bookings to avoid apartment moves. If you have any enquiries, please contact your Owner Services Team on 1300 850 160 (AU), 0800 850 160 (NZ), or 008 003 263 (FJ)

To make the most of the surrounding area, a car is recommended. Discounted car rental rates are available through Travel by Wyndham. Please call 1300 850 160.

Limited cots and highchairs are available at the resorts for use during your stay. Please ensure these are requested at the time of booking and we recommend contacting the resort 24-48 hours prior to  your check in to confirm your request.

Credit card payments relating to Fun Time, Bonus Time and One Time Credits bookings will incur a Credit Card Service Fee of 1.5%, in addition to the amount payable.
