Terms and Conditions
- Please quote “Wyndham Offer” to Apollo Motorhomes when making your booking.
- Availability is limited. Please contact Apollo Motorhomes (“Apollo”) for all availability and booking enquiries up to 72 hours prior to hire.
- One housekeeping token required for each interval (7 day block) booked, regardless of the duration. If your booking crosses over two intervals, regardless of number of actual days, 2 housekeeping tokens or charges will be required to facilitate the exchange between Club Wyndham and Apollo. Token/s and credits will be deducted from your owner account after your booking is confirmed with Apollo. If no housekeeping tokens are available or to borrow, housekeeping will be charged at a rate of $116.
- Both annual vacation credits and bonus credits may be utilised for bookings.
- All bookings are for one-week blocks (pick up any day of the week).
- More than one reservation may be confirmed. Owners are entitled to book using Credits to a maximum of 2 x 7 days consecutive hires.
- Should you wish to book additional days for use of your motorhome, this must be arranged directly with Apollo and paid for in cash at time of booking at 20% off the best available rate.
- All special requirements, pick-up/drop-off locations, and any details relating to the use of, and booking for your motorhome must be directed to Apollo.
- Owners must abide by Apollo terms and conditions of collection and vehicle maintenance at all times. These will be provided to you by Apollo at the time of booking.
- Public holiday surcharges apply – A NZ$50 surcharge will apply to all rentals picking up and/or dropping off on national public holidays (NZ Hires Only). An AUD$100 surcharge will apply to all rentals picking up and/or dropping off on in Australia on ANZAC day or Boxing Day (AUS Hires Only).
