CLUB WYNDHAM® Plus
Selected rooms at CLUB WYNDHAM® Plus resorts are currently available to Qualified Privileges Members under the Affiliate Resorts** program, and include the below. Selected rooms available to Qualified Privileges Members are indicated.

^Club Wyndham owners are eligible to access this Developer benefit: 1. If they are Cub Wyndham premier owners who are premier owners as of 30 April 2010 in relation to those premier vacation credits owned by them at that date, and any vacation credits purchased after 1 May 2010 to the extent that those vacation credits are eligible for use in the Privileges by Wyndham program; or 2. If they are Privileges by Wyndham members who join the Club after 30 April 2010 to the extent that their vacation credits are eligible for use in the Privileges by Wyndham program.
*Access to WorldMark, The Club resorts is made available through The Exchange Network (‘TEN’) agreement, which is an agreement between Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific (‘the Developer’) and its parent company, Wyndham Resort Development Corporation. Through TEN, this Developer benefit is provided to eligible Club Wyndham owners who may exchange their right to use apartments in Club Wyndham South Pacific resorts for the right to use apartments at WorldMark, The Club resorts. This Developer benefit is separate from ownership in the Club Wyndham South Pacific.
TEN expires on 2 November 2021, however it will be extended automatically for 5 years to 2 November 2026 if neither party terminates the Agreement. TEN can also be terminated or modified at any time, with or without prior notice and there is no guarantee that TEN will continue to exist after the expiry date. In the event TEN is terminated or modified, this Developer benefit may vary or cease. Reservations for WorldMark, The Club can be made 11 months prior to the first day of stay. Club Wyndham South Pacific does not guarantee that you will be able to obtain accommodation at your preferred location and time. WorldMark, The Club North American owners can book WorldMark, The Club resorts 13 months in advance, meaning North American Owners have a two-month advance booking window. When exchanging into a WorldMark, The Club resort you must abide by their rules and guidelines and will be responsible for any usage fees or taxes incurred as a result of your holiday stay. Additional occupancy taxes, fees or charges imposed by some local councils ranging from US$1 to US$15 per night may also be incurred. **All bookings for Affiliate Resorts are subject to availability, the Privileges Program Rules and Club Wyndham South Pacific cancellation guidelines.
