RCI Accommodation Standards

• All RCI-affiliated resorts are reviewed yearly to ensure RCI’s standards of resort quality and service are met.
• Members can make informed decisions about their holiday based on the quality awards that resorts receive.
• These awards are given based on comment cards completed by guests staying at the resorts throughout the year and a set list of accommodation criteria.

How does RCI Exchange Work for you?

• Exchange vacations require credits (per credit table below), exchange fee and housekeeping fee or token.
• RCI Offers ‘Confirm First’ Exchange
• All credit types may be used; except Discovery by Wyndham Trial Credits

What is the RCI Exchange Fee?

Lifestyle by Wyndham members enjoy the exclusive Club Wyndham pricing offered by RCI. Additionally, Lifestyle by Wyndham Silver, Gold, Platinum and 100 Club members enjoy additional exchange fee discounts through the call centre as well as online.

Confirm First

• Confirm First reservations can be made up to 2 years in advance of travel date and are subject to an RCI exchange fee:
  • Domestic Exchange Fee: 199 AUD/NZD
  • International Exchange Fee: 299 AUD/NZD
• Within five business days, the appropriate number of Club Wyndham vacation credits will be deducted and the Club Wyndham housekeeping fee (s) will be applied to your Club Wyndham account.
• Confirm First Bookings can be made through both the RCI call centre and on the RCI booking site.
• This vacation option is also available for guests for Club Wyndham member for an additional fee.

Deposit First

• Deposit First allows you to transfer your Vacation Credits to your RCI membership without making a booking.
• It extends the life of Vacation Credits for up to 2 additional years.
• Deposit First does not require an exchange fee. However, an exchange fee will be charged when you confirm a reservation with the deposited Credits.
• Club Wyndham owners can top up additional credits if required when they confirm a reservation.
• Credits cannot be returned to your Club Wyndham South Pacific account once they have been deposited into RCI.
• Owners can deposit any amount of Vacation Credits with RCI as long as it is above the minimum amount of 3,000 Vacation Credits.

For just 55AUD/ 65 NZD Enhanced Exchange Protection gives you the flexibility to cancel your booking up to 2 business days before your check in date and receive a full credit to your account of your Credits and Exchange Fee.

Split Week Exchange

• Flexibility to exchange credits for two short holidays (3 or 4 stays), instead of a one week holiday and are subject to an RCI exchange.
  • Domestic Exchange Fee: 199 AUD/NZD
  • International Exchange Fee: 229 AUD/NZD
• Internationally offered by a small selection of properties in North America, Europe, and Asia.
• In the Pacific Region there are 3 & 4 night stays available for cash purchase.
• Split Week Exchange bookings can be made through both the RCI Call Centre and on the RCI booking site.
• This vacation option is also available for guests of Club Wyndham member for an additional fee.

Split Week Exchange

• Flexibility to exchange credits for two short holidays (3 or 4 night stays), instead of a one week holiday and are subject to an RCI exchange fee an RCI exchange fee:

  • International Exchange Fee: 229 AUD/NZD
• Internationally offered by a small selection of properties in North America, Europe, and Asia.

Nightly Stay Exchanges

• Eligible for Lifestyle Bronze and above members only.
• Offered by a selection of properties in North America and Europe.
• Ability to book 1 night to 21 nights e.e. 6N, 10N, 14N, or up to 21 nights per booking (subject to availability and available credits).
• Book 4 nights or less for 25 AUD/NZD per night or 5 nights and up for 119 AUD/NZD (tiered discounts apply).
• Nightly Stay Exchange booking can be made through both the RCI Call Centre and on the RCI booking site.
• This vacation option is also available for guests of Club Wyndham members for an additional fee.

Instant Exchange

• Last minute seven night stays worldwide.
• Bookable within 30 days prior to the check-in subject to availability.
• Only 3,000 credits regardless of season or unit size.
• A Housekeeping Fee and Exchange Fee will apply at time of booking:
  • Domestic Exchange Fee: 119 AUD/NZD
  • International Exchange Fee: 229 AUD/NZD
• Bookable online or by phone.
• This vacation option is also available for guests of Club Wyndham members for an additional fee.

Bonus Week Getaways

• Enjoy week-long holidays at selected properties bookable within 45 days to check-in, subject to availability for as little as 219 AUD/ 241 NZD.
• No credits usage.

• This vacation option is also available for guests of Club Wyndham members for an additional fee.

Extra Holiday Getaways

• Available to all membership tiers.
• No credits usage!
• Cash option available at RCI affiliated properties and other properties.
• RCI can offer competitive pricing i.e. Oaks, Mantra, BreakFree groups and other popular independent properties.
• Extra Holiday Getaway bookings can be made through both the RCI Call Centre and on the RCI Booking site.

Lifestyle Holiday Extras

• Eligible for Lifestyle Bronze and above members only.
• Additional inventory at RCI affiliated resorts at reduced vacation credits.
• Housekeeping Token / Fee is applicable, paid through Club Wyndham, no RCI exchange fee is required.
• Bookings can be made 31 – 120 days prior to arrival date and for 7 nights only through Wyndham Owner Services (not RCI)

• Credits required will vary based on the unit size
  • Hotels and Studio units require 2,000 Credits.
