Car Parking: There is offsite parking with a company called ‘Secure Parking’ approx 3 minute walk from resort on Lonsdale Street. Cost is $30 per night, payable to the resort and is non-refundable once booked via email confirmation to the hotel. There is a 2.1m height restriction. From 1st April 2018, parking charges of $40 per night will apply if car park is not booked more than 24 hours in advance via email and in writing. Car Park operates on a PIN system. Owners will receive an email from the resort 7 days prior to arrival asking if car parking is required and OWNERS MUST RESPOND if they wish to book a space. Parking kerbside outside the hotel is limited due to traffic restrictions, however porters will be available kerbside 7am-11pm 7 days per week to assist with luggage. We encourage owners to call the hotel upon approach, so someone can be available to assist. Please provide resort with an expected arrival time. If making a last minute booking (within 48 hours of arrival), please contact the resort to have a parking email request sent to you, so you can reply in writing. Car Parking is free for Platinum Owners (1 free car park per ownership) however this will still need to be reserved and the charges removed by reception upon check out.

Laundry: Whilst apartments do not have own laundry, there is a communal laundry on floors 2 to 4 which are free of charge.
