EXTERNAL REFURBISHMENT 2021: The Unit Owner’s Corporation will be undertaking stage 2 of a refurbishment program at this property from April 2021, with an estimated completion date of the end of July 2021, weather permitting. Works include, but are not limited to: External painting and rendering, internal painting (including walls, ceilings, doors & stairwells), pathways & drive-way repairs. line marking in basement car park (which may result in a temporary reduction of parking spaces), Some access to apartment balconies may also be required, and views may be obstructed due to scaffolding. There will be increased activity around the property as trades people carry out these works. Some noise and dust may be experienced during this time. General hours of work will be from 7am to 5pm Monday to Saturday, however the use of power tools and machinery will not commence before 9am. resort staff will keep you informed of any restrictions during your stay.
