Covid-19 Update 07 Apr 20 – Extended Resort Closures

In line with government directives around social distancing and further restrictions to travel, we have made the decision to keep all Club Wyndham South Pacific resorts closed until at least May 31, 2020.

This date will continue to be reviewed as the situation evolves. We have a team dedicated to monitoring the latest health and travel advice and, if this timeframe needs to be extended, we will let you know well in advance.

It has been a difficult decision to announce an extended closure but we have acted in good faith to keep you – our valued owners – and our team members safe. By working together and making this sacrifice, we are also doing our part to help our health professionals limit the spread of the virus.

The decision means our coronavirus/COVID-19 cancellation policy will be extended. If you have a booking with a check-in date before or including May 31, 2020, your credits will be returned to your account and, if these credits are expired, you will receive a voucher to use for a future stay to be taken before January 31, 2021.

In the coming days, our Owner Services teams will start systematically cancelling May bookings. You will initially be sent a text message and an email and, if you quickly confirm the cancellation, our team can easily deposit your credits in your account or send you the voucher. There will be no need for you to fill out a cancellation form or call Owner Services.

Our teams appreciate the patience you have shown so far as we respond to this unprecedented situation and they intend to work through these bookings as quickly as they can.
