COVID-19 Update 24 August 20 – Update About Privileges

With the COVID-19 situation continuing to evolve in unexpected ways, not all Privileges members who are trialling a higher tier have been able to experience the full benefits of that new tier.

In addition to the announcement last week of a membership fee credit during August and September, all trial membership tiers which expire between August 1 and October 31 will now receive a four month extension.

This extension comes with no additional conditions or costs but, if your trial tier does expire during this period, you will need to email Club Wyndham South Pacific’s Owner Services team on owner.services@wyn.com to take advantage of this offer. That will enable a team member to verify your membership tier status and your trial expiry date and they will add on the four months from your original expiry date.

Please contact the Owner Services team when you want to utilise the trial tier benefits during this extended period, as they will appear in the team’s system but will not appear available online.

We will continue to review the situation and may offer further extensions if COVID-19 restrictions continue to seriously inhibit travel in the coming months.
