Owner Services Update – 5 March

Temporarily, from Monday March 8 to Sunday March 28, your Owner Services team will be operating at different opening hours while we train additional staff to boost numbers. Please note: our opening hours on a Sunday have increased during this time to assist in providing you with additional support over the weekends.

We are aware the impact of numerous lockdowns and last minute changes to travel plans, due to COVID-19 restrictions have resulted in lengthier wait times than usual.
We thank you for your patience as we continue to work through these challenging and often unpredictable circumstances.
