Phillip Island Announcement – 19 October

We are very excited to announce that Grand and Deluxe villas are being made available at Club Wyndham Phillip Island on a temporary basis for Club Wyndham South Pacific owners to book with their vacation credits.

These villas will enable owners to experience a new level of luxury at the transformed Club Wyndham Phillip Island resort and enjoy the family-friendly activities it offers.

The 10 villas are the latest to be made available through an agreement between the Responsible Entity, Wyndham Vacation Clubs South Pacific, and the Developer, Wyndham Destinations Asia Pacific. They will provide approximately 5,000 additional room nights to assist with temporary demand on local inventory, particularly through the COVID-19 pandemic, and this comes after similar arrangements with Club Wyndham Flynns Beach, Club Wyndham Coffs Harbour and Club Wyndham Airlie Beach.

From 9am Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) on Thursday, 21 October, owners will be able to reserve stays between November 1, 2021 and October 31, 2022 at the Grand and Deluxe villas at Phillip Island.

The villas are categorised the following way:

• 5 x 2-bedroom Deluxe
• 3 x 3-bedroom Deluxe
• 2 x 3-bedroom Grand

All three categories are new apartment types, meaning that they cannot be Waitlisted. The credit charts for these categories are on the resort’s page on the club website and below:

These villas feature air conditioning, full kitchens including four hotplates, a convection microwave, oven and dishwasher; laundry facilities and balconies with outdoor settings for six. The Grand villas additionally have split system air conditioning in the master bedroom, TVs in all bedrooms, a gas fireplace and two covered balconies with a barbecue on one.

These Grand and Deluxe villas are earmarked to be transferred to the club in the long-term but are not being permanently transferred at this time. The credit charts have been prepared for this temporary program and might be different when the villas become part of the club.
