CANCELLATION POLICY EXTENSION

While we are seeing some positive signs in terms of falling numbers of new COVID-19 cases in the South Pacific, we anticipate that the COVID-19 situation will not conclude quickly.

Therefore, we have decided to extend our COVID-19 cancellation policy to cover interstate reservations until October 31 and international reservations until November 30. The timelines set out through the COVID-19 cancellation policy endeavour to give owners every opportunity to fulfil their reservations while giving other owners the option to stay at resorts where they can travel.

NEW ZEALAND CANCELLATION POLICY

Our teams are monitoring the situation in New Zealand, where level three restrictions (which are, effectively, a lockdown) are expected to continue in Auckland and the surrounding region until Sunday, 30 August. The rest of the country is under level two restrictions where leisure travel is possible.

The COVID-19 cancellation policy now includes penalty free cancellations for residents who do not reside in the Auckland region but made reservations before August 12, which was when the new cluster emerged and fresh restrictions were implemented.
