A seven-day lockdown has been declared for the state of Victoria today after the expansion of a recent COVID-19 cluster discovered in Melbourne. Our thoughts are with our Victorian owners who will experience another lockdown, and interstate owners who will have their travel plans impacted.

VICTORIAN PROPERTIES
At this point, all six Victorian properties will next be able to accept check-ins on June 4, although our team will be closely monitoring developments to see if this date changes. Additionally, the lockdown restrictions allow people to leave their dwelling for only five reasons, and leisure travel experiences are not one of them.
Our Owner Services team will cancel all reservations at Victorian properties with a check-in date of June 3 or sooner. The team will systematically work through these reservations, return your credits to your account or, if they have expired, issue a voucher within 14 days for future use. There is no need to call – unless you would like to amend your reservation so it begins on June 4 or after, rather than cancelling.
If you are already at a Victorian resort and you are planning to stay for the duration of the period, please be aware that there will be reduced amenities available onsite in line with government restrictions and our expectation is that you abide by the Department of Health guidelines.
VICTORIAN OWNERS TRAVELLING INTERSTATE
Most Australian states and territories have chosen to place some restrictions on travel from Victoria. Therefore, our Owner Services team will invite Victorian owners with check-in dates at interstate resorts between now and June 3 (inclusive) to cancel their reservations.
If this applies to you, please confirm the cancellation using the message that the Owner Services team will send you and the team will return your credits to your account or, if they have expired, issue a voucher within 14 days for future use.
In this case, please note that it is your responsibility to ensure your booking is cancelled. If you do not receive a text message, your reservation remains confirmed. We will not process a cancellation without the owner’s confirmation unless a resort is actually closed, as many owners have gifted reservations to family and friends.
We continue to monitor this situation and the government restrictions and travel advice. We will update the COVID-19 cancellation policy at times where there is a definitive change in restrictions.
