Hi all,
After a few unprecedented months, your Club Wyndham South Pacific resorts are starting to get back to normal. On Monday, our teams at Club Wyndham Wanaka and Ramada Resort by Wyndham Rotorua Marama welcomed their first New Zealand guests since COVID-19.

Our teams at 13 Australian resorts are counting down the days before they start welcoming you back on June 15. Those resorts are:
I’m pleased to be able to go into detail about our new hygiene and cleanliness procedures.
Our operations team has worked hard so we can deliver the safest experience possible, while not being intrusive – and we believe we have that balance right.
We went back to the drawing board to make sure that everything we did was in line with post COVID-19 expectations for hygiene. That included procedures behind the scenes – for example, how many people are in a staff room at once, and how shared phones and keys are handed over.
Significantly, we worked on these procedures with cleaning industry expert Ecolab, which has nearly 100 years of experience in assisting hospitality, public health, food safety and hygiene services.
We are looking after your health by:

We will also be trialling drive through check-in and keyless room entry at Club Wyndham Kirra Beach when it re-opens on June 15. We will let you know how this goes and where else it can be offered in due course.
You might have seen the photos of our two newest team members at Club Wyndham Seven Mile Beach – a cow and her calf who will join the hobby farm.
We are soon starting a competition to name the mother and son pair. Have a look on our Club Facebook page and leave a comment – the name with the most likes wins!
We have also fast-tracked a range of initiatives to improve your resort stays.
Ramada Golden Beach will soon have four person paddle boats so families can go fishing together. We’ll have a selection of surf boards and boogie boards for owners to use at Club Wyndham Torquay. The number of kayaks and paddleboards at Club Wyndham Dunsborough has doubled.
Stay tuned for more exciting initiatives at other properties.
It has been a pleasure to share with you how we have been improving your resorts while you have been away and our teams are grateful for your feedback about our projects.
Next week, our Senior Vice President of Acquisitions, Procurement, Property Development and Technical Services, David Wray, will give you a sneak peek at some of the refurbishments coming up later this year.
Going forward, we will continue using this series to provide regular updates about developments at your properties, although under the name Resort Report after June 15.
We look forward to welcoming you back to your resorts soon.
